Changes in MLCC Fees

  • December 20, 2011
  • Michael A. Brower

Yesterday, MLCC Chairman Andy Deloney announced a significant change in the handling of application fees for a new license or transfer.

Effective immediately, all fees are due at the time of the initial application.  This includes not only the inspection fee, but also any other related fees (e.g. the $600 transfer fee for a Class C license transfer).  If you do not send in all fees at the time of application, MLCC will not take any further action on your application.
